2oz S/R flour (I think americans called it all purpose could be wrong so the sort you make your cakes with)
2oz sugar
1 egg
2oz marg
a dash of milk if it is too thick.

mix all the stuff together and put into a greased 1 pint microwave proof basin, cook for about 2 mins and test to see if it springs back at you in the middle, (Lightly)
Mine takes about 2 mins my daughters slightly less and my friends slightly more...trial and error peeps...lol

if you want a chocolate one change half ounce of flour with cocoa powder and add a dash of vanilla extract. (Not essence)

If doing a treacle one (Golden Syrup) swap 1oz sugar for 1 oz treacle and put some extra treacle in another dish to warm separately, and make sure you glass ones for this version.
