You will need:
* 1 kg chicken wings
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* 1/2 lemon. juiced
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease roasting/oven pan. Cut chicken wings into 2 at the joints. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add to chicken. Using hands, mix thoroughly. [You can leave it overnight for more intense flavor or you can cook it straightaway] Arrange chicken in roasting/oven pan in a single layer. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
