Chilli Waffle Bake

6 potato waffles
can baked beans
can chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon tom puree
1 level teasp medium chilli powder
1lb mince beef
1 onion
gravy granules or 2 oxo cubes

Step 1:
Peel & chopped the onion into small pieces, then gently fry until translucent. Add the mince, fry gently until browned evenly. Add the beans, chilli powder, tom puree and mix throughly. In a jug add 1/4 hot water to the oxo cubes or gravy granules and mix, then pour into the chilli mix, and mix throughly. Put into a roasting tin or shallow square dish.

Step 2:
Place the waffles on top of the chilli mixture and place in the oven at 150c, for about an hour or until cooked (about gas mark 6).

Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh veg
or
Pasta, corn on cob and fresh salad.
