Truffles
175g - 6oz of plain chocolate
1 egg yolk
25g - 1oz butter
1 teasp of coffee essence (or make strong coffee and use that)
1 tablesp of cocoa
Melt the chocolate in a bowl, add the butter, egg yolk and coffee essence. Mix well and leave in a cool place or fridge until set.
When set roll into small egg shapes with your fingers, then roll in cocoa (or icing sugar, sprinkles, choc flakes etc..).
This makes about 20
They are very morish, so if on a diet, don't make them.
